  • How long is a session?

A counselling or psychotherapy session with Novissimo Counselling normally lasts for 55 minutes.

  • Where will my sessions be?

I offer face-to-face counselling and psychotherapy sessions in Warwickshire.

I also offer sessions online (Skype, Zoom or GoogleMeet) and via the telephone.

  • What time of day can I have my session?

I offer appointments at any time from 10am until 10pm every day from Monday to Friday and 10am - 5pm on a Saturday.

We can discuss timing and availability when you get in touch. This means that your counselling and psychotherapy can fit around your working day easily.

  • How many sessions will I need?

This is completely up to you – you can choose to book sessions as you go (work open-ended) or plan a fixed number of sessions. e.g. 6, 12 or 18 sessions.

There is no one size fits all – different people will require a different number of sessions.

  • How often will I have a session with you?

Sessions are normally scheduled once a week. We aim to give you sessions on the same day and time every week so that they are easy for you to fit in.

I charge £60 for an individual and £70 for couples and families for a session (55 minutes).

For those on low income, we can make special arrangements. Please do discuss this when you get in touch.
